Returns Policy

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your article must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some situations in which only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) eg: Any item that is not in its original state, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or returned item more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a given period.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially released. Then, contact your bank. There is often a bit of processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us info@yourcomforthealthcare.com.

Items for sale (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, the sale items can not be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We will replace the defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to info@yourcomforthealthcare.com and send it to the following address: Your Comfort Healthcare, 9 Darley Road, Blaby, Leicester, LE8 4DF.
Gifts If the item has been marked as a gift when purchasing and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your home. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent.
If the item is not marked as a gift when buying or if the order has been shipped thereafter, we will send a refund to the person offering the gift and it will inform you return .

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time required for your product reaches you exchanged can vary.
If you ship an item more than £75, you should consider using a shipping service monitoring or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we receive your returned item.
